If you want to work towards healing yourself, the doctor visit model doesn’t work. Doctor’s visits are great for a quick review of your “chief complaints,” a check-in on how progress is going, and a brief moment for the doctor to provide you with some quick feedback.
But what happens when you get stuck? When you don’t stick to the dietary plan, a foundational piece to long-term results? When you feel overwhelmed about the changes you need to make? Natural medicine fails when women “who all have the same condition” such as PMS, PCOS, fatigue, or estrogen dominance, are all given the same natural recommendations.
A woman with estrogen dominance who is constipated, has anxiety, worries & sleeps poorly is WAY different from a woman with estrogen dominance, PMS, IBS & depression. Don’t be fooled by people who preach root cause, yet give similar treatment recommendations.

One of the BIGGEST mistakes I see well meaning motivated women make is to think a supplement will heal their symptoms.
Supplements are “supplemental” and they’re intended to accelerate and guide the healing process.
You should NEVER expect to be on the same supplement routine for the length of your healing journey.
You need to work with someone who is adept at changing the plan as you heal! You’re healing response actually dictates the supplement recommendations.
